ABOUT THE ROLE

The Marketing Society is growing fast. Our Partnerships stream sits at the heart of the business and delivers increased value for The Marketing Society Members. We build standout relationships, shape smart programmes and bring impactful ideas to life.

We’re looking for a Partnerships Manager for our GCC & APAC hubs. This is perfect for someone who enjoys creating ideas, keeping projects on track and likes being hands-on. Someone who can build strong relationships, stay curious and deliver experiences that partners remember.

These experiences are in the form of events, professional development programmes, Awards and content. Helping to create activity that delivers value for the Members of The Marketing Society and helps engage our partners into our community.

If you’re energised by people, pace and problem solving, you’ll fit well here. You’ll grow quickly, work with standout organisations, widen your network and get access to major events across the UAE, KSA, Hong Kong and Singapore.

ABOUT THE MARKETING SOCIETY

The Marketing Society is a leading global membership community founded in 1959 as a not-for-profit organisation. Since then, we have grown to become a highly influential community of marketing leaders around the world, with hubs in England (HQ), Scotland, Hong Kong, Singapore, United Arab Emirates and New York.

We inspire, accelerate and unite the world’s smartest marketers, helping them to do well in their careers, and to do good in their organisations, the economy and society. We work together to grow marketing’s positive impact.

Through the connections of our global Membership community, a world-class programme of events, ground-breaking professional development programmes, prestigious Awards scheme, publications and insightful content, we help our members lead success in their organisations and add value to customers and society, leading the conversation in businesses and the industry.

We’re a small team with big ambition, and your work will be seen and felt across the organisation.

ROLE OVERVIEW

You’ll help strengthen and grow our international partnerships across our hubs in the GCC and APAC regions. Your main focus will be building trusted relationships with high-profile partners, delivering a smooth experience for them and spotting chances to grow commercial value.

You’ll also run end-to-end delivery for partner events, professional development programmes and content pieces across the region, making sure every detail lands well and the experience carries real impact.

This role suits someone who can switch between planning and hands-on delivery with ease. Someone who looks ahead, stays organised and keeps partners and internal teams moving in the same direction.

The pace can lift around events and partner moments, but the rewards match it. You’ll develop a strong regional and international network; travel where needed and play your part in key industry gatherings. There’s clear room to progress within a passionate and ambitious team of kind people.
