Main job duties and responsibilities:

Identify and reach out to potential clients, particularly marketing professionals within companies and agencies, to promote sponsorship, advertising, and promotional opportunities within the club environment.

Assist in preparing clients proposals, presentations, and sponsorship packages.

Support negotiations and contracting processes in collaboration with the legal and accounting teams.

Maintain an updated database of prospects, contacts, and sponsorship activities.

Liaise with internal teams (events, marketing, digital, operations) to fulfill sponsorship commitments.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and sponsorship best practices.

Supporting team members during negotiations or complex proposals
-
Conducting regular business reviews with key direct clients / agencies

Handling follow-ups, clientsâ inquiries, and minor issue resolution

Perform any additional tasks that might be necessary for easier workflow, within the main frame of the jobâs specialty.
Job requirements:
Educational background and previous experience:

Bachelorâs degree in business management or marketing.

From 2 â 4 years of experience in sponsorships, marketing partnerships, or advertising (shopping malls or Advertising agency background).
Knowledge and Functional Skills:

Fluent English.
