Job Overview

Loynova is seeking a Partnerships Executive who will play a key role in driving business growth through strategic merchant acquisition and the development of long-term, high-value partnerships. In this role, the candidate will act as a primary liaison between merchants and internal teams, ensuring the successful delivery of customized solutions that support revenue growth and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Merchant Acquisition: Identify, engage, and onboard new merchants to expand Loynova’s portfolio and generate revenue through redemption fees.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders to ensure long-term partnerships.
  • Account Growth & Development: Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the existing merchant base in collaboration with the business development team.
  • Performance Optimization: Track and analyze merchant performance using key metrics, providing insights to improve results.
  • Issue Resolution & Satisfaction: Act as the main point of contact for merchant-related issues, ensuring timely resolution and high satisfaction levels.
  • Reporting & Insights: Prepare and present regular performance reports and strategic updates to relevant stakeholders.
