Parts Clerk

Facilitate the documentation relating to the procurement/warehouse operations in order to ensure correct stock status is available in all branches at any point of time.

Responsibilities

Functional Roles and Responsibilities

• Generate intra-branch/company stock transfer documents
• Update DMS for any incoming stock transfers from other branches
• Update and maintain bin locations in the branch, for new/additional parts stock received
• Contribute towards fortnightly branch inventory count/check.
• Assist in weekly Branch stock order execution process.
• Assist in Carrying out Back order processing for all branches at scheduled intervals.
• Responsible for filing and maintenance of all related documentation
• Contribute to the health, safety, and security measures inside the branch to avoid any accidents/damage.
• Assist store keeper in store operations

Qualifications

Education/Certification and Continued Education

• High School

Years of Experience

• Minimum 3 years experience in stores/inventory operations
