What You’ll Do

• Lead day-to-day operations of the parts department, ensuring efficiency and accuracy

• Develop annual budgets and track daily gross sales

• Reconcile invoices, warranty returns, and inventory reports

• Manage and maintain parts inventory with tight controls

• Provide training, support, and mentorship to parts department staff

• Ensure top-notch customer service and resolve issues promptly

• Partner with other managers in weekly meetings and planning sessions

• Compile and analyze department reports to identify opportunities for improvement

• Coordinate parts marketing initiatives and oversee obsolescence reporting

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma (or equivalent)

• Entry level or Exprienced managing an efficient parts department

• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills

• Valid Driver’s License (must be insurable)

Compensation: Up to 100k including Bonuses/Commission.
