Salary Range: AED 10,000 – AED 15,000 (depending on experience)

Position Summary

EVS UAE is expanding and seeking a highly experienced Parts Manager to lead and oversee the entire Parts Department operations across our Dubai branches. The ideal candidate will manage inventory, procurement, supplier relations, and ensure seamless support to workshop teams for both EV and ICE vehicles. Strong leadership, technical understanding, and coordination skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities1. Parts Operations Management

  • Oversee the daily operations of the Parts Department for EVS.
  • Ensure accurate parts identification, ordering, receiving, and stock issuance.
  • Maintain optimal stock levels to meet workshop requirements across all branches.
  • Implement and monitor efficient inventory control processes to minimize shortages and overstock.
  • Ensure timely availability of EV & ICE parts to support workshop repair schedules.

2. Procurement & Supplier Management

  • Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to ensure cost-efficient purchasing.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with local and international suppliers.
  • Review supplier performance and ensure timely delivery of parts.
  • Maintain approved vendor lists and identify cost-saving opportunities.

3. Inventory & ERP Management

  • Manage inventory in Odoo/ERP systems with high accuracy.
  • Ensure proper documentation for all parts transactions (GRN, stock adjustments, returns).
  • Analyze inventory reports to identify trends, fast-moving items, and slow-moving stocks.
  • Implement cycle counts and annual stock audits.

4. Workshop & Customer Support

  • Coordinate with Service Advisors and Workshop Controllers for parts requirements.
  • Support estimation, quotations, job costing, and parts availability planning.
  • Resolve parts-related queries for internal teams and customers when required.
  • Ensure workshop downtime is minimized due to parts unavailability.

5. Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead, train, and motivate the Parts Team across branches.
  • Allocate tasks and ensure adherence to EVS operational standards.
  • Ensure full compliance with safety, storage, and quality guidelines.
  • Develop KPIs for the department and regularly evaluate team performance.

Qualifications & Skills RequiredEducation & Experience

  • Minimum 5–8 years of experience in automotive parts management.
  • Experience in Electric Vehicle or luxury vehicle parts is a strong advantage.
  • Strong background in multi-branch operations and high-volume parts management.
  • Proficiency in Odoo/ERP or similar inventory systems.

Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Strong supplier negotiation and cost management capabilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of automotive parts, especially EV components.
  • Analytical mindset with strong reporting and planning abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet operational deadlines.

Employment Details

  • Salary: AED 10,000 – 15,000 depending on experience
