Sewell KIA is seeking a Parts Manager to drive operational excellence, profitability, and outstanding service to both internal teams and external customers. Success requires strong leadership, strategic purchasing, vendor management, and a passion for developing your team.

What You’ll Give
  • Lead our parts department with discipline and a focus on results
  • Develop and coach your team to consistently meet and exceed expectations
  • Hold yourself and your team accountable to performance, service, and operational standards
  • Partner with other internal teams to consistenty remove roadblocks and accelerate workflow
  • Use data and KPIs to make decisions that drive efficiency and performance

Qualifications
  • 2 years of leadership experience
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Automotive dealership experience is a plus, but not required
  • Strong understanding of inventory control, purchasing, and vendor relations.
  • Experience with DMS platforms (Tekion, CDK, Reynolds, etc.) is a plus, but not required
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this position, the individual must be able to perform each job responsibility satisfactorily, have a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record, complete a drug screening, background screening, and provide all government I-9 requirements. A combination of education, experience, and training is always considered.
