Job Summary

To maximize Parts Sales through field contact with the customers, thereby increasing the market share for Zahid Tractor.


Key Accountabilities

  • Achieve targeted requirements for the sales of Parts and Service to allocated customers. Handle them successfully and independently.

  • Ensure full knowledge of customer's requirements, projects and overall business standings.

  • Regular visit to customer projects / offices to generate incremental business. Continually generate new prospects to improve the Company's share of market. Promote Zahid Tractor company's value added services such as CSA, SOS, and Product Link etc.

  • Possess a deep level of product knowledge in the Parts and Service field and the capability of effectively conveying and using his knowledge to its full advantage.

  • Possess a comprehensive knowledge of Zahid Tractor capabilities in Parts, Service, Financial Services and a good working knowledge of all the product lines represented by the Company.

  • Prepare and present selected training material and to participate in various shows, seminars etc.

  • Perform ET , CTS , TA1 inspection to generate incremental business for Parts and Service

  • Liaise with relevant department within Zahid Tractor to insure smooth processing of customer requests for Parts and Services.

  • Enhance business relationship within customer's organization at all levels.

  • Carry out any other tasks as assigned by the Company from time to time.


Knowledge, Skills and Aptitude

Educational Qualifications and Certifications: Engineering Degree in Mechanical/Electronics


: Customer requirements, territories, project and competitors' strengths and weaknesses


Technical Skills: Product Knowledge, Machines visual inspection


Language Skills: Excellent bilingual communication skills


Experience: 3 years, preferably with a Caterpillar Dealer.

Key Internal Contacts: PSS Manager / PS Consultant


Purpose of Interaction: Regular interaction to brief on customer visits and obtain feedback and direction


Key External Contacts: Customers


Purpose of Interaction: Negotiating and securing Parts and Service sales deals
