About the Role

To support aftersales operations and ensure spare parts availability in [Egypt], we are looking for a Spare Parts Specialist to manage local spare parts operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage spare parts inventory planning and stock control
• Coordinate parts ordering, forecasting, and replenishment
• Monitor parts turnover and optimize stock levels
• Support aftersales team with parts availability and delivery tracking
• Analyze spare parts data and propose improvement measures
• Ensure accurate system operation and reporting

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field
• 3+ years of spare parts or inventory management experience
• Experience in HVAC or appliance industry required
• Familiar with ERP or inventory systems
• Fluent in English and local language

Required Skills

• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Familiar with CRM or service management systems

Preferred Skills

• Experience coordinating technicians or service providers is a plus
