Parts Wholesales Sales Executive

Job Purpose:

To drive wholesale sales of automotive parts (Oils & Filters) by managing key accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer service. The role requires deep market knowledge, strong sales acumen, and the ability to meet and exceed performance targets.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesale customers to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the wholesale market.
  • Provide expert advice to customers on parts and accessories that best meet their needs.
  • Prepare and follow up on quotations, orders, and deliveries to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to support strategic sales decisions.
  • Ensure timely collection of payments and resolve any billing issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and lost sales.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure product availability and efficient order fulfillment.
  • Stay up to date with product knowledge, catalog updates, and system enhancements.


Education & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.


Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in automotive parts sales, preferably in a wholesale environment.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.


Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of automotive parts and accessories.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Customer-focused with a proactive sales approach.
  • Proficient in using sales systems, catalogs, and CRM tools.
  • Ability to analyze data and trends to inform sales strategies.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
  • Valid driving license.
