Party Coordinator

Position Summary:
CatchAir is seeking energetic and outgoing Party Hosts/coordinators who are passionate about creating memorable experiences for guests. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy engaging with people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in delivering exceptional service. Party Hosts/coordinators are responsible for leading birthday parties and group events while ensuring a clean, safe, and fun environment for all guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Host and lead birthday parties and special events, ensuring a fun and seamless experience
• Actively engage with guests of all ages in a friendly, enthusiastic, and professional manner
• Set up and break down party areas before and after events
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of party rooms and common areas
• Assist team members with general operations and tasks as needed
• Ensure all guests are following safety rules and guidelines
• Provide excellent customer service and respond promptly to guest needs
• Communicate clearly and effectively with guests and team members

Qualifications & Skills:

• Energetic, positive, and outgoing personality
• Comfortable interacting with guests and leading group activities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Team-oriented with a willingness to help where needed
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Dependable and punctual

Requirements:

• Availability to work 4–8 hour shifts
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed
• Reliable transportation to and from work

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand, walk, and be active for extended periods
• Ability to lift light to moderate items as needed
