Key Responsibilities:
- Greet passengers in a polite and professional manner at taxi pick-up and drop-off points.
- Assist passengers with boarding and exiting vehicles, including handling luggage or mobility aids.
- Provide information about Dubai Taxi services, fares, routes, and payment options.
- Support passengers with special needs, including People of Determination (POD), by ensuring accessibility and comfort during their journey.
- Coordinate with drivers, dispatchers, and control centers to ensure smooth operations and timely service.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback courteously and escalate unresolved issues to supervisors.
- Monitor taxi queues and assist in managing passenger flow at high-traffic locations (e.g., airports, malls, hotels, metro stations).
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance that reflects Dubai Taxi’s brand image.
- Follow all safety, security, and operational procedures set by the company and RTA.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 per month
