Salary: 9600 all inclusive to 10000 after probation (currency in SAR)

Experience: 2Y+in ground handling operations in a commercial organisation

One of the Leading Airline is seeking for skilled professional who can perform service handling according to the standards of quality, safety, security, profitability and customer satisfaction by supervising handling staff in customer service process within different areas (check-in, boarding, transfer, arrival, lounge, etc.). Take decisions regarding all aspects of the customer service and guarantee excellent customer service. Provide a technical support while necessary as well as ensure cost effectiveness of handling to comply with safety & security requirements.

Job Description:

• Customer Focus, Quality of Service rendered to the Customers Monitoring special cases, such as First Class, VIP or high revenue customers and provide support agents in case of irregularities to minimise negative impact on customers
• Personal Attention & Information provided to the customers in due time
• Knowledge about Safety Awareness, Quality focus, Adaptability, Stress Tolerance, Teamwork
• Supervise the customer service activity and process including pre & post flight tasks and Verifies compliance with all safety and security procedures
• Adjusts catering needs
• Coaches subcontractor agents to ensure compliance with Quality Standards
• Admin jobs to assist DM and Station Management and maintains relationship with local Airport Authorities
• Monitors efficiency of local set up and compliance with the SMM (Station Management Manual)
• Monitors of excess bags tools to cash payments and reports on results.
• Ensures compliance with dangerous goods regulations
• Ensure collection of excess baggage fees and handles after-sales queries
• Handles all activities resulting from an irregularity: rebooking, overbooking, re-routings, refunds, tracing lost luggage, etc.
• Strong knowledge of all airport operations, passenger handling process (Check-in, Traffic, Ramp, etc.) & digital tools, including Reservations & Ticketing and Interacting with various stakeholders in airport
