Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Pastry Chef with a strong background in hotel operations to join our team in Qatar. The ideal candidate will be creative, detail-oriented, and capable of managing a busy pastry kitchen.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and present high-quality pastries, desserts, and baked goods
- Develop and update dessert menus and recipes
- Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation standards
- Supervise and train pastry team members
- Maintain hygiene, food safety, and kitchen standards
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of pastry experience
- At least 7 years of experience in a recognized hotel
- Strong knowledge of pastry techniques, baking, and decoration
- Leadership and team management skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Preferred:
- Experience in luxury or 4/5-star hotels
- Knowledge of international desserts and modern pastry trends
