Pastry Chef (10+ Years Experience – Hotel Background Required)

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Pastry Chef with a strong background in hotel operations to join our team in Qatar. The ideal candidate will be creative, detail-oriented, and capable of managing a busy pastry kitchen.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and present high-quality pastries, desserts, and baked goods
  • Develop and update dessert menus and recipes
  • Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation standards
  • Supervise and train pastry team members
  • Maintain hygiene, food safety, and kitchen standards

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of pastry experience
  • At least 7 years of experience in a recognized hotel
  • Strong knowledge of pastry techniques, baking, and decoration
  • Leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Preferred:

  • Experience in luxury or 4/5-star hotels
  • Knowledge of international desserts and modern pastry trends
