Pastry Chef– Immediate Join | Riyadh | 5-Star Hotel Experience Required

About the Role:

We are seeking a talented and passionate Pastry Chef to join our world-class culinary team. This role focuses on the production of artisan breads, rolls, croissants, and baked goods The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of dough fermentation, baking techniques, and product consistency to ensure the highest quality for our guests and outlets.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Restaurant Manager in daily operations to ensure excellent guest service and smooth workflow.
• Supervise and train restaurant staff to maintain high standards of hospitality and efficiency.
• Monitor service quality, guest satisfaction, and address any issues promptly.
• Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to optimize operational flow.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control.
• Enforce health, safety, and hygiene standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in bakery production within a luxury hotel or high-end bakery.
• Strong knowledge of bread-making techniques and bakery equipment.
• Excellent time management and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
• Culinary or bakery diploma preferred.
• English language is a must.
