Job Title: Executive / R&D Pastry Chef

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the pastry team, ensuring high standards of quality and consistency
  • Develop, test, and introduce new pastry, dessert, and bakery items
  • Plan and execute seasonal menus and special product launches
  • Ensure proper recipe standardization, portion control, and cost efficiency
  • Maintain strict compliance with food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards
  • Oversee daily production, workflow planning, and staff training

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience as an Executive Pastry Chef / Head Pastry Chef
  • Valid transferable residency in Kuwait (Article 18 – Ahli / SME) is mandatory
  • Proven expertise in pastries, cakes, desserts, croissants, and viennoiserie
  • Strong team leadership and communication skills
  • Experience in menu planning and R&D
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Immediate joiners preferred
