About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Pastry Chef to lead our dessert station and elevate our sweet offerings. Whether you specialize in French patisserie, modern fusion, or authentic Middle Eastern sweets, we want someone who treats every plate like a work of art.

As we are looking for a local hire, candidates must currently reside in Bahrain and be eligible for a visa transfer or have their own residency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create & Innovate: Design and execute a high-quality dessert menu that aligns with our restaurant’s brand.
  • Production: Prepare a variety of pastries, cakes, cookies, and breads from scratch.
  • Quality Control: Ensure all baked goods meet our standards for taste, texture, and presentation.
  • Inventory Management: Order ingredients, manage stock levels, and minimize waste.
  • Hygiene: Maintain a spotless workspace in accordance with Bahrain’s health and safety regulations.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or Baker in a high-volume restaurant or hotel.
  • Technical Skills: Deep knowledge of baking temperatures, chemistry, and decoration techniques.
  • Efficiency: Ability to stay organized and calm during a busy dinner rush.
  • Location: Currently based in Bahrain (essential).
  • Language: Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
