Pastry Cook

The Fort Worth Club is currently seeking a Pastry Cook to join our Culinary Team. Candidates should have at least 1 year of experience. A strong interest in pastry arts as well as a good work ethic is required.

The club operates a full-service bakery. The Bakery is a scratch concept that produces all pastries items in house including but not limited to wedding cakes, Bon Bons, Petit Fours, Mini Desserts, Entremets and plated desserts for ala carte, Banquets and Wine Dinners.

The culinary team consists of 35 cooks and stewards, 7 are ACF certified.

The club operates Monday through Saturday and is closed on some major holidays, Christmas, New Years, Fourth of July to name a few.

2024 the Platinum Clubs of America named the Fort Worth Club #5 for city clubs nationwide. Adapting to the Clubs Platinum Standards is a must.

A degree from An Associate’s program and or certified apprenticeship program is preferred but not required.
