Pastry Sales/Decorator

The ideal candidate will be responsible for both the visual presentation of our traditional Arabic and contemporary pastries as well as actively engaging with customers to promote and sell our products. This dual role requires creativity, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Pastry Decoration:

• Decorate cakes, pastries, and traditional Arabic sweets with precision and creativity.
• Ensure all decorated items meet company quality standards and visual presentation guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the decoration area and tools.
• Coordinate with the pastry kitchen to ensure availability of items for decoration and display.
• Customize cakes and desserts as per customer requests and special occasions (e.g., weddings, birthdays, Ramadan, Eid).

Sales & Customer Service:

• Greet and assist customers at the pastry counter in a warm and professional manner.
• Recommend and upsell products based on customer preferences and seasonal offerings.
• Respond to customer inquiries, take custom orders, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED2,800.00 per month
