Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for pathology and diagnostic services.
- Visit doctors, hospitals, nursing homes, clinics, and corporate offices to generate referrals and partnerships.
- Promote pathology packages, preventive health check-ups, and home sample collection services.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Conduct promotional activities, CMEs (Continuing Medical Education), and health camps to increase brand visibility.
- Coordinate with the operations and lab team for smooth service delivery.
- Maintain daily sales reports and provide market feedback to management.
- Stay updated with competitors’ activities, market trends, and pricing.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, or Business (preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in sales/marketing in pathology, diagnostics, or healthcare industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Willingness to travel within assigned territory.
