Medical Billing

  • Prepare and submit accurate insurance claims and patient invoices within required timelines.
  • Review claims to ensure completeness, coding accuracy, and compliance with payer guidelines.
  • Maintain well-organized billing documentation and current records in the practice management system.
  • Process adjustments, credit memos, and payment postings promptly and accurately.
  • Update and verify patient demographics and insurance details regularly.
  • Generate monthly billing statements and customized Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) reports.
  • Assist the accounting team with reconciliations and month-end financial reporting.
  • Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency in billing operations.

Collections

  • Proactively follow up on unpaid insurance claims and patient balances to ensure timely reimbursement.
  • Monitor and manage A/R aging reports, prioritizing overdue accounts for resolution.
  • Communicate with insurance payers to address delays, denials, or underpayments.
  • Handle patient billing concerns professionally, including arranging payment plans when appropriate.
  • Collaborate with billing and patient services teams to resolve complex collection issues.
  • Accurately document all collection activities, follow-ups, and correspondence in the system.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Wapda Town: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
