Position Overview:

The Patient Account and Claims Follow-Up Specialist primary responsibility is following up on patient balances, following up on claims, and responding to patient questions regarding their accounts. Other duties will be payment posting and payment integrity auditing.

Education & Experience:

Required: High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Preferred: Associates or Bachelor's degree in accounting completed or in progress. Experience in healthcare preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
