Then look no further this job ad is for you! OSMC is hiring in their Business Office Department and we are looking for you! We are growing our team and want a stable, reliable and team orientated person to join the team. You will be responsible for making payment arrangements with patients, collections, monitoring self-pay accounts and accounts with patient balances and assists patients with billing or statement questions. Files estate and notes bankruptcies in the charts. The position does require phone coverage with calls coming in continually. The ideal person will work with patients over the phone instead of face to face. This role is working 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday in our Elkhart office.
