Patient Advocate / Dental Front Office

Down to Earth Dental is a privately-owned dental office with two locations in Tacoma. We’re looking for a patient-focused dental professional to join our Northeast Tacoma front office team. This job is responsible for answering phones, scheduling appointments, checking patients in and out, verifying insurance, handling payments, presenting treatment plans and providing administrative support. The is a full time position. Must be detail oriented, able to multi task, willing to work in the evening and available on Saturdays.

Base pay is $20-$26 per hour, depending on experience. Additional benefits include monthly bonus, up to 19 paid days off per year, health insurance, free dental and 401(k) retirement plan with 100% employer match.

We require at least 1 year of dental front office experience

Dentrix experience preferred

Solid communication skills and excellent customer service skills preferred.
