The Role: Impacting the Patient Journey

As our Front Desk Specialist, you are the face of our practice. You’ll be the primary point of contact, ensuring every patient feels seen, heard, and cared for.

Your day-to-day will involve:

• Creating Great First Impressions: Greeting patients and managing the "flow" of the office.
• The Essentials: Handling demographics, insurance verifications, and collecting copays/balances with accuracy.
• Masterful Scheduling: Coordinating procedures by collaborating with physicians and patients to find the perfect timing—balancing medical urgency with patient preference.
• Clear Communication: Answering multi-line phones and addressing patient inquiries with empathy and professionalism.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
