Roche Turkiye is looking for a passionate, self-organised, entrepreneurial individual with a broad background of experiences in access and medico marketing to support the development and expansion of patient affairs in all disease areas.

A preferred candidate would be someone with:

• 5+ years Experience in pharma with 3+ years in patient advocacy function

• Have an extensive background in policy relationship management, communications, and public affairs

• Have solid disease area knowledge across all disease areas

• Enabling the patient voice for policy change

The roles and responsibilities are to:

• Bring patient and carer insights into integrated evidence planning and into Disease Area teams to ensure we are capturing the needs of patients in their clinical journey
• Identify key patient advocacy and/or engagement priorities in alignment with the disease area, as well as develop and implement relevant patient group engagement initiatives, ensuring strong relationships with patient organizations.
• Apart from patient organizations, connect to NGOs, government institutions, social media communities, health-tech companies, and startups for developing patient-oriented partnerships to improve access and health literacy
• Harnesses the global Roche network and participates in internal patient group communities to identify best practices to bring into Turkiye to impact the lives of patientsDesigns and executes projects and with global and joins forces with other affiliates
