Patient Care Assistant

We are looking for a compassionate and responsible Elderly Caregiver to provide physical, emotional, and daily living support to senior residents at our old age home. The candidate must have patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for serving elderly people.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Help with mobility support and walking assistance.
• Monitor health conditions (BP, sugar levels if required).
• Administer medicines as prescribed (under supervision).
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of residents’ rooms.
• Report health or behavioral changes to management.
• Support during doctor visits or hospital appointments.

Requirements

• Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th Pass
• Experience in elderly care / nursing assistant preferred
• Basic knowledge of health & hygiene
• Polite, patient, and caring nature
• Ability to work in shifts

Preferred Skills

• First aid knowledge
• Experience in handling dementia / bedridden patients
• Good communication skills (Hindi required)

Salary & Benefits
