Patient Care Coordinator

Joyzen is a science-led reproductive health and longevity platform focused on continuous care — helping individuals and couples improve hormones, fertility, lifestyle, and overall wellbeing through personalized medical guidance and daily health support.

We combine doctors, diagnostics, lifestyle coaching, and emotional care into one integrated system.

Role Overview

As a Clarity Call Specialist / Patient Care Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for people reaching out to Joyzen.

Your role is to listen, understand patient concerns, explain Joyzen’s care approach, and guide them toward the right doctor consultation or program — with empathy, clarity, and professionalism.

This is not a sales role.
This is a care-first communication role.

You help people feel safe, understood, and confident about taking the next step in their health journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls, WhatsApp chats, and online inquiries from patients
• Listen patiently to concerns related to fertility, hormones, lifestyle, and emotional wellbeing
• Collect basic health information (non-clinical)
• Explain Joyzen services clearly and simply
• Schedule doctor consultations and onboarding calls
• Coordinate between patients and medical team
• Maintain patient records in CRM / spreadsheets
• Provide warm follow-ups and appointment reminders
• Ensure every patient feels supported and respected

Required Qualifications

• Graduate in Psychology / Nursing / Health Sciences / Social Work
• Any graduate with healthcare counseling / patient coordination experience, Freshers with strong emotional intelligence are welcome.

• IVF clinic coordinator
• Healthcare support executive
• Wellness counselor
• Patient relationship manager
• Medical call coordinator

We’re hiring a Clarity Call Specialist to guide patients with empathy, explain Joyzen’s care model, and coordinate doctor consultations. Healthcare or counseling background preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 40 per week
