Patient Care Coordinator

Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and organized Patient Care Coordinator to manage patient interactions, appointment scheduling, and coordination between medical and administrative departments. The role focuses on enhancing patient experience, ensuring smooth OPD/IPD operations, and maintaining service quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate patient appointments, admissions, and discharges.
  • Guide patients and attendants regarding hospital procedures and services.
  • Act as a liaison between doctors, nursing staff, billing, and support departments.
  • Ensure timely registration and documentation of patient records.
  • Handle patient queries, complaints, and escalations professionally.
  • Support insurance/TPA coordination and basic billing processes.
  • Maintain patient satisfaction and service quality standards.

Required Qualifications

  • Graduate in any discipline (Healthcare/Hospital Administration preferred).
  • 1–4 years of experience in hospital operations or patient coordination.
  • Basic knowledge of hospital processes and medical terminology.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
