Patient Care Coordinator

Role Overview: As our Patient Care Coordinator, you’ll be the face and heart of the spa, assisting with:

• Front desk duties: patient check-in/check-out, scheduling, and communication
• Patient outreach and follow-ups
• Light cleaning and general organization
• Occasional administrative tasks
• Supporting special events after hours, if available

We are a solo injector practice, planning to grow naturally over time with the addition of a Master Aesthetician and expanded services. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a dynamic environment, loves connecting with people, and takes pride in providing an exceptional patient experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 34 per week
