What You'll Do Day-to-Day:

· Greet Visitors: Welcome patients and other visitors warmly.

· Manage Calls: Answer phones promptly and courteously, converting inquiries into scheduled appointments.

· Update Records: Enter and update patient information, handle invoices, receive and process payments, and assist with medical coding & insurance verification.

· Build Relationships: Maintain excellent working relationships with patients, vendors, and colleagues.

· 1+ years Office Experience is required. Medical office experience is nice to have but not required.

· Must be a high school graduate or equivalent.
