We are looking for a Patient Care Technician to manage one of our outpatient clinic, coordination of care with providers, record patients vitals and perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks in Natick, MA. As a patient care technician, you will be trained to perform various tasks including TMS coordination, recording vitals and assisting patients for administrative tasks. As a patient care technician , you will be the first point of contact for our practice. Our patient care technician offer administrative support across the practice.
You will welcome patients and greet people who visit the office. You will coordinate front-desk activities, including distributing correspondence and handling patient phone calls.
To be successful as a patient care technician , you should have a pleasant personality, as this is also a customer service role. You should be able to deal with emergencies in a timely and effective manner, while streamlining office operations. Multitasking and stress management skills are essential for this position. Ultimately, a patient care technician's duties and responsibilities are to ensure the front desk welcomes guests positively and executes all administrative tasks to the highest quality standards.
