About the Role:

We are looking for a dedicated and organized Patient Coordinator to join our medical team. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for patients — ensuring smooth scheduling, accurate record management, and excellent service throughout their healthcare journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist patients in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and follow-ups.
  • Coordinate communication between patients, doctors, and other staff.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential patient records.
  • Explain clinic services, treatment plans, and procedures clearly.
  • Handle billing, and payment coordination when needed.
  • Follow up with patients regarding lab results and future appointments.
  • Support marketing or outreach efforts for patient retention.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a clinic or healthcare setting (preferred).
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong computer skills (MS Office and healthcare software).
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
