Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate online consultations between patients and doctors through the Mulk Med platform.
  • Manage patient information, records, and scheduling.
  • Communicate with patients via phone, WhatsApp, or email to confirm bookings and follow-ups.
  • Handle administrative duties such as data entry, reports, and documentation.
  • Support daily telehealth operations and assist management as required.
  • Prepare letters, spreadsheets, and presentations using Microsoft Office tools.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Candidates with previous UAE healthcare or admin experience preferred.
  • Prefer candidates currently on husband’s or father’s visa.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
