We are hiring a smart and energetic Female Patient Coordinator to join our team.
Key Responsibilities;
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward patients at all times.
- Responding promptly to patients inquiries.
- Communicating with patients through various channels.
- Acknowledging and resolving patients' complaints.
- Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
- Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
- Keeping records of patients, or clients interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
- Managing a team of junior customer service representatives.
- Ensure patient satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
- Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts
- Answering questions about products or the company
- Asking questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
Skills:
- Bachelor Degree.
- Ability to stay calm when clients are stressed or upset.
- Skillful using computers.
- Experience working with customer support.
- Fluency in English is a must.
- Healthcare: 1 years (Required)
- Freshers are also welcome.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to AED6,000.00 per month
