Job Responsibilities: Procedure Pre visit Receive and collect all patient identification information and register all data on the system.
- (to minimize waiting time before getting the service).
- Make sure with Customer Service Department scheduling, rescheduling, canceling appointment are confirmed before informing the VIP patient and update if there will be any changes.
- Inform Doctor, Customer service supervisor & Nurses about the Appointments of VIP Patients.
- During Visit
- Warm welcome the VIP patient with good smile and guide him to the right department.
- Politely ask the VIP patient to rest in the waiting area until the nurse will take to the doctor.
- Wait for the patient to finish from the doctor visit, while finishing all paper work (insurance, requests, other services) in same department to minimize waiting time
- Make sure patient will pay his Bill before taking the next appointment
- Accompany patients while moving from one department to another to guarantee proper services (Radiology, Laboratory, Pharmacy etc)
- Book the next appointment according to Doctor’s request
- Write the appointment date and time in an appointment card and confirm with the patient one day before next appointment by phone call
- Thank the patient for visiting the Hospital and wish all the best
- Make sure to follow policies and procedures to maximize patient satisfaction, prevent adverse event & errors plus promote patient safety .
- Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned by the Direct Reporting Authority
