Patient Coordinator Cum Receptionist

We are seeking a professional and knowledgeable receptionist to join our warm and welcoming dental clinic. This role is perfect for someone with a dental background who understands patient care, clinical workflow, and wants to contribute to a practice from the front desk.

Responsibilities:

Greet patients with a friendly, professional demeanor

Schedule appointments and manage the calendar

Communicate clearly with patients regarding treatment plans, procedures, and billing

Coordinate with the dental team for smooth operations

Handle administrative tasks and phone inquiries efficiently

Work Schedule: Straight Shift and Split Shift

Clinic Timing - 10 AM - 10 PM

Willing to relocate to International City or arrange your mode of transportation.

Ideal Candidate:

Dental degree or clinical experience (Dentists welcome!)

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Strong understanding of dental terminology and procedures

Comfortable with patient management software and administrative duties

Looking for a stable, supportive role in a dental setting without clinical responsibilities
