Patient Coordinator (Front Desk + Medical Assisting)

FULL TIME (32–40 HOURS PER WEEK)

INJX BY NAT LLC is seeking a highly organized, personable, and driven Patient Coordinator to join our growing team. This is a dual-role position that includes both front desk responsibilities and medical assisting support, making it an integral part of our day-to-day operations and patient experience.

As a Patient Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for our patients and the face of our brand, while also assisting providers in delivering a seamless, elevated treatment experience.

This position offers competitive pay, a consistent schedule with select early-end workdays, optional health insurance benefits, and paid time off (PTO).

Applicants must be comfortable commuting between both our Cranford, NJ and Morristown, NJ locations.

Responsibilities include:
Answering phones, returning calls, emails, and text inquiries
Booking, confirming, and managing patient appointments
Calling and following up with leads to convert inquiries into appointments
Checking patients in and out and gathering all necessary information
Processing and documenting payments
Maintaining a high level of professionalism and delivering exceptional customer service at all times
Keeping the front desk and waiting areas organized and presentable
Assisting providers with patient flow, room turnover, and basic medical assisting tasks as needed

Requirements:
Confident and professional phone presence
Strong communication and customer service skills
Reliable transportation between both locations
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Prior front desk, patient coordination, or medical assisting experience preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $23.00 per hour
