It is the duty of Floor Manager/Indoor Sales to cross sell and upsell services to every client and maintain focus on its clients, as well as maintaining all policies, protocols, regulations, and standards, while striving towards total client satisfaction.

To be visible in public areas and welcome every client with a smile and always maintain a professional approach.

Assist clients with all different queries and services, bookings, and products/treatments that facility is offering.

Cross selling and Upselling services to every client.

Building relationships with clients.

To be knowledgeable of daily clinic operations, client preferences, daily events sheet, AV/TV announcements and be up to date with any changes, new procedures, evets, etc.

To be extremely knowledgeable of Client Journey standards and loyalty programs that facility offers.

Ensure to check on daily basis schedules, bookings, number of treatments and/or any special client requirement up on starting their shift, during and prior leaving the shift for the following day.

Always monitor the booking system and report issues, if any. Accordingly, re-adjust bookings are per clients requirements.

Act as a in charge Manager where needed and handle all client s requests, complaints, and enquires.

To assist and implement initiatives which will embrace Client Journey and support constructive feedback from clients.

To drive client Loyalty programs and collection of clients data as potential leads.

Ensure all treatments, services, and the retail products are explained to clients.

Always ensure high level of knowledge about services and products, so all selling opportunities (Upselling /Cross selling) are being taken advantage of.

Achieve personal and departmental targets.

Ensure Daily report is updated with the newest and most accurate information.

Ensure Glitch report has been sent to management team each end of the day.

All other duties as required by the management.
