Qualification: B.Sc. Psychology, M.Sc. Psychology Or Any degree with Patients care experience.

Job Description:

Patient Counselling & Care

• Counsel IVF patients, including financial counselling and treatment guidance
• Communicate medical results to patients under clinical supervision
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and staff to ensure smooth patient experience

Operations & Documentation

• Supervise all patient-related and OP (Outpatient) activities in the hospital
• Ensure accurate documentation of medical records and maintain organized patient and employee files
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports, including data collection and analysis

Financial Operations

• Oversee finances and related operations, including budget planning, authorizing expenses, and preparing financial reports
• Evaluate personnel performance and maintain related records

General Administration

• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, confidentiality, and ethical standards
• Assist in process improvements for patient and financial operations
