Job Description
We are looking for a strategic and purpose-driven leader to shape communication projects and champion patient engagement across our organization. In this role, you will represent the company internally & externally, partner with patient organizations and advocacy groups, and embed a strong patient-centric culture into everything we do. You will lead impactful communication and reputation-building initiatives, manage high-profile communication campaigns, and collaborate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders/associations to ensure our voice is trusted, compliant, and influential. Job Description
Patient Engagement
Lead and align strategic patient engagement across the organization, representing the company to patient organization and championing a patient-centric culture.
Establish and safeguard the legal/compliance framework, and coordinate with patient oriented activities.
Partner with business units to build capabilities and facilitate external input and collaboration with patient organizations and advocacy initiatives.
Communications
Develop and execute comprehensive communications, media relations, branding, social media to support company & business objectives and enhance corporate reputation.
Manage company priorities and run strategic campaigns, including policy-focused communications, to protect the company’s reputation and business interests.
Collaborate with agencies and foster strategic relationships with patient advocacy groups and scientific associations and communities to align on needs and drive impactful initiatives.
Experience
At least 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical sector.
Demonstrated people leadership with strong operational and strategic capabilities.
Deep knowledge of Türkiye’s corporate communications and patient engagement landscape.
