About the Company

Best Doctor Home Healthcare is a DHA-licensed home healthcare provider in the UAE, offering doctor-on-call, nursing, physiotherapy, lab services, and other medical services at patients’ homes. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a Patient Relationship Executive to manage patient enquiries, convert leads into appointments, and support revenue growth.

Job Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound patient enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and online platforms
• Convert enquiries into confirmed appointments for home healthcare services
• Explain services, pricing, packages, and treatment processes clearly to patients and families
• Coordinate appointment scheduling with doctors, nurses, physiotherapists, and operations teams
• Follow up with leads, pending enquiries, and existing patients to maximize conversions
• Maintain accurate records of calls, enquiries, bookings, and follow-ups in CRM or tracking systems
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly appointment and revenue targets
• Handle patient feedback, concerns, and basic complaint resolution professionally
• Ensure high-quality patient experience and relationship management
• Support billing coordination and basic payment follow-ups where required

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma (preferred)
• 1–3 years of experience in call center, customer service, healthcare coordination, or telesales
• Experience in healthcare, hospital, clinic, or home healthcare is a strong advantage
• Strong communication skills in English (Hindi/Arabic is a plus)
• Proven ability to convert leads into appointments or sales
• Patient-centric attitude with excellent listening and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, and WhatsApp-based coordination
