Patient Relation Executive- Female

Job Description: We are looking for a courteous and professional Patient Relations Executive to join our healthcare team. Preference will be given to candidates with at least 1 year of experience in Doctor-on-call or telehealth services.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate effectively with patients and provide necessary support
• Coordinate appointments and follow-ups with medical staff
• Handle patient inquiries and resolve issues
• Enhance patient experience and ensure satisfaction

Requirements:

• Fluency in English and Arabic language will be an added advantage.
• Minimum 1 year experience in Doctor-on-Demand services
• Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure
• Full-time – 12-hour shifts
