Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and organized Dental Clinic – Patient Relation Team Leader to support daily clinic operations and ensure efficient coordination between the dental team and front-office staff. The ideal candidate will support both administrative and clinical workflows, maintain high service standards, and help create a positive experience for every patient.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily clinic operations to ensure smooth workflow and timely patient service.
  • Coordinate schedules, appointments, and communication between doctors, nurses, and reception staff.
  • Support dental staff with operational needs and ensure adherence to clinic policies.
  • Oversee patient management, from registration to follow-up.
  • Handle inquiries, feedback, and minor concerns in a professional manner.
  • Monitor cleanliness, organization, and readiness of the clinic environment.
  • Prepare reports and assist in performance monitoring and staff training.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and confidentiality standards.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Dentistry
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or front-office roles, ideally within a dental or healthcare environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and clinic management software.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to AED5,500.00 per month
