Job Title: Patient Relations – Team Leader

Location: SRV Mamata Hospital, Dombivali

Experience: 5 to 10 years (Hospital background mandatory)

Qualification: Diploma or Graduation (any discipline)

Shift: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise the Patient Relations team
• Ensure smooth patient coordination from admission to discharge
• Handle patient queries, feedback, and grievance resolution
• Coordinate with doctors, nursing, and support departments
• Maintain high standards of patient care and satisfaction
