Patient Services Representative


Rocky Mountain Medical Center is seeking a self-motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our fast-paced, multi-specialty practice as a Patient Services Representative within our Medical Billing Department.

This position plays a key role in supporting front-end financial operations, including patient payments, account inquiries, and daily cash handling. The ideal candidate will be professional, organized, and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Process patient and insurance payments accurately and efficiently
  • Balance and reconcile cash drawer on a daily basis
  • Prepare and complete daily deposits
  • Sort and distribute incoming mail
  • Respond to patient account inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in all financial transactions

Qualifications:

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous medical office or billing experience preferred, but not required

Schedule:

  • Standard hours: Monday–Friday, 7:45 AM – 4:45 PM
  • Flexibility required to work until 5:30 PM when coverage is needed.
  • No nights or weekends
