• Hands-on experience with medical assisting or phlebotomy skills (or willing to learn)

What You’ll Be Doing:

Every day, you’ll help patients feel heard, supported, and cared for. From the first phone call to ongoing treatment, you’ll ensure their journey is seamless and positive by assisting with treatment adherence for a seamless continuum of care. This mainly consists of scheduling appointments, reminder phone calls, billing, and other supportive services.

Your Day May Include:

• Providing compassionate care for patients in areas like weight management, low testosterone, erectile dysfunction, and hair restoration for patients across multiple clinics
• Managing incoming and outgoing phone calls to schedule new patient and follow-up appointments, provide appointment reminders, and reschedule appointments as needed
• Expertly communicate confidential patient information, billing information and treatment program details and inputting this data into our EMR system
• Filling in with clinic help as needed to include processing collected specimens, checking in and rooming patients, providing injections or performing phlebotomy

Monday - Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
