Patient Support Representative (Fresher)

About the Role

We are looking for a Patient Support Representative to join our growing healthcare team. This entry-level role is ideal for someone who is passionate about helping people, has strong communication skills, and wants to make a difference in the patient experience. You will be the first point of contact for patients, providing assistance, resolving queries, and ensuring a smooth and compassionate support process.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for patients via phone, email
• Provide accurate information regarding treatments, appointments, services, and processes.
• Assist patients in scheduling, rescheduling, or canceling appointments.
• Maintain up-to-date patient records and documentation in the system.
• Follow up with patients to ensure their concerns are addressed promptly.
• Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., doctors, billing, insurance, etc.) for issue resolution.
• Handle patient feedback and escalate complex issues to senior staff when necessary.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all data protection and healthcare compliance standards.

Qualifications and Skills

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong listening and empathy skills.
• Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, data entry, CRM systems).
• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.

Work Schedule:

Night Shift, Monday to Friday, 7 PM to 4 AM

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per month
