Job description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Patient Support Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting patients via phone calls, emails, and chat to facilitate their appointment scheduling and rescheduling needs.
Responsibilities:
- Assist patients in scheduling, rescheduling, and canceling appointments over the phone, via email, and through chat services.
- Provide excellent customer service to patients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.
- Maintain patient records and appointment schedules in the Electronic Medical Records (EMR) or Electronic Health Records (EHR) system.
- Verify patient insurance information and eligibility, as needed.
- Educate patients on appointment procedures, required documentation, and any pre-appointment instructions.
- Ensure compliance with patient confidentiality and data protection regulations.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in US-based customer support, patient support, or a related role.
- Proficiency in using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems.
- Strong english communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with patients and healthcare professionals.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: Rs125,000.00 - Rs130,000.00 per month
