Patrolling Supervisor

Job Description:
We are seeking a vigilant and experienced Patrolling Supervisor to oversee the security operations of our facilities. The ideal candidate will ensure safety, compliance, and smooth coordination between security personnel and management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage a team of security officers during patrol shifts.
• Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas to ensure safety and prevent unauthorized activities.
• Monitor and report any suspicious activity, incidents, or security breaches.
• Maintain accurate and detailed incident reports and logs.
• Coordinate with management and local authorities when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, UAE labor laws, and security standards.
• Provide on-the-job guidance and training to security personnel.
• Respond promptly to emergencies and resolve security issues effectively.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a security or patrolling supervisor.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent observation, communication, and reporting skills.
• Knowledge of safety and security protocols.
• Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and efficiently.
• Valid UAE security license (if applicable) is preferred.
